In Central American folklore La Siguanaba appears as a beautiful woman, sometimes naked, sometimes lightly clad, seen only from behind.

She stands before you, naked
No, you won’t last long
She preys primarily on unfaithful men. When these men approach her, she turns, and shows him the head of the horse, or sometimes a skull. She either kills them or drives them insane, and the only defense is to bite your machete. I mean, you could also not be that guy.
Testing men's virtue
You bathe in starlight, tempting,
To lure those who would.
