This is an energetic plant, useful in some rather diabolical ways.

There is much to write about but I feel a note about this plant’s capacity to work in both the physical and spiritual realms is important. When you have a plant that can function in both realms maintaining clear intentions is vital. If you're struggling with focus remember to rely on companion plants to help clarify your purpose.

To begin with, this plant is a wonderful growth stimulator.

Physical- Yes, this plant can boost physical growth. Is this a wise use? No, not really. That said, for the diminutive who are self-conscious enough to risk it, this is an option.

Combine dried R. sinica with powdered ginseng (Panax ginseng) and powdered turmeric (Curcuma longa). These roots will help your body recover and keep up with the rapid growth that R. sinica initiates.

This concoction can be added to any liquid, protein shakes work well, OJ, Bloody Marys, anything, pick your poison.

Precautions: Growth is tough to regulate. Start with a very small (1 tsp or less) dose of R. Sinica and wait one week before trying again. Unchecked growth is painful and disfiguring at best, deadly at worst. Growth in the wrong area of the body (organs, skin only, a single limb, etc.) is obviously not desirable and can also be catastrophic. One would think, for example, that growing the brain is a great idea, but it isn’t if your skull and neck muscles don’t also grow. Imagine your brain swelling inside the skull, pressing against it, until you die. Or imagine your head getting so large and heavy your neck can’t support it. There are many, many considerations to make before attempting this spell.
