Inspired this time by the immense duel between Toshiro Mifune as Musashi and a warrior wielding the much feared sickle-and-ball-and-chain combo weapon that starts Samurai II (1955), the middle of the Musashi 'Samurai' trilogy.

The kusarigama is a formidable weapon, here's a little demo of its use today:
