Firework trials with rats and voles
prepared my life as designer:
my guineapigs now called astronauts.

Our sky now blooms with
Its pyrotechnic acne
Like a teenage cheek

Rocked the sky-stars high lights
Global glows . China knows.
Landing on dark side of moon.
You remember the lyrics from that tune.
Ooo ominous, well done🖤
Red and yellow bursts;
Rattle my tiny eardrums,
Forcing me to hide
That detail in the middle line is so striking, it really elicits some interesting imagery🖤
Bright colored night sky
Smoke explodes throughout the night
As our climate dies
Brutal! But so important to say, well done🖤
"Look at the dog; she thinks someone's been shot..."
I’ve always wondered what they’re thinking…
In ancient China,
They sought immortality,
But found gunpowder... 😎
