I read an article somewhere the other day about all the ridiculous contrivances horror writers/directors come up with to nullify the cell phone.

My thing is, why explain it all? It just doesn’t work is perfectly acceptable if we’re already dealing with the supernatural. Electrical disturbances and ghosts go hand in hand.

One of the few things I remember from college writing classes is one professor who used say frequently that, “explanations are for capitalists” so I guess that turned out to be true.
