More Poe-etic haiku...😂
"Keeping time, time, time
In a sort of Runic rhyme"
Wrote Poe in the Bells.
How long did it take to find the perfect syllable fit? That’s pretty cool.
i was reading the poem out loud to my kid and i realized the quoted parts were 5 and 7 syllables! After that the last line took about a minute!😂
Ding dang ding dang ding
Dong dong doong dinga dinga
Dum dong ding dang dong
I was soooo tempted to do this for mine. It’s very satisfying. 🖤

Ringing of the bells
Some tragedy they fortell
In dolorous time....
Very dark and foreboding, I love it🖤 I think Poe would approve.

Summon the unseen
As shadowy figures sway
To the graveyard’s beat
I’m picturing a hoard of the dead swaying to funeral bells as a new tenant is carried in. Love this🖤
The bells laid you down:
Iron sent you where you lie
Underneath the earth
This has a very eldritch feel to it for me , I really like it.
Hells bells and pell mell
The wind bellows with a ring
Nightmare! Wake up, Spring!
That is great representation of the birth of spring. Well done!

Yeah, I edited it. I had sleet instead of wind. I don't know.... I just type....
