It was an evil, high-pitch screech, not a mellow, lazy cat’s meow. Cats are crazy, self-centered ego-maniacs, and this loony black cat named for the flower had these traits down cold — to a ‘T’ for sure. That wicked, wailing screech you hear, that’s Delphenium.
